第一章：总则
第一条：名称
本组织的名称为加拿大道教协会（以下简称“协会”）。

第二条：宗旨

第四章：经费

Chapter One: General rules

Article 1: Name

The name of the organization shall be the Canadian Taoist Association (hereinafter referred to as the “Association”).

Article 2: Purpose

The purpose of the Association is to promote, inherit and develop Taoist culture, promote the exchange and study of Taoist beliefs, advocate the values of morality, harmony, equality and symbiosis, and provide beneficial services and support for members and society.

Article 3: Legal status

The Association is a non-profit organization established in accordance with the relevant laws of Canada and has independent legal status.

Chapter Two: Organizational structure

Article 4: Membership

Members are the basic constituent units of the association and enjoy the right to participate in the affairs of the Association, receive the services and rights of the Association.

Members are divided into ordinary members, senior members and honorary members, and the specific membership qualifications and rights are determined by the membership management regulations formulated by the association.

Article 5: Council

The Council is the highest decision-making body of the Association and is responsible for the management and decision-making of the Association.

The association is committed to the inheritance and promotion of Taoist culture, organizing celebrations, ceremonies, exhibitions and other cultural activities to promote the integration of traditional and modern Taoist culture.

Article 9: Community service

The association actively participates in community service, carries out charitable donations, volunteer activities and other public welfare undertakings, gives back to society, provides help and support.

Chapter Four: Funds

The funding sources of the Association include but are not limited to membership dues, donations, sponsorships from corporations, governing bodies and enthusiasts, and other legal and compliant sources of income. The source and use of funds should be open and transparent.

Article 11: Fundraising and grants

The association can carry out fundraising activities according to needs, and accept grants and donations from members and all walks of life. The use of donations and grants shall comply with relevant laws and regulations, and be used for the purposes and activities of the Association.
